User Experience, Design Research & Strategy
I'm a problem solver, always asking "why" - why do people do, choose, and believe the things they do?- and "how" - how can we make things better? In my career I help diverse product teams ask and answer these questions, in order to uncover opportunities for growth, change and innovation. I enjoy plugging in to any point in a development program, and designing a smart research approach to provide targeted answers to the problem at hand.
I've worked in both software design and hardware/ device development. In every setting, I have become the go-to researcher for messy, front-end innovation projects. I enjoy diving deep into new topics, and learning new systems at an accelerated pace. In my years of leading UX/ design research programs, I've contributed to over 40 programs in areas as diverse as genetic sequencing, surgical innovation, and online consumer payment experiences.
Regardless of the topic, I'm committed to the perpetual exploration and evolution of research approaches, and close collaboration and communication with project teams and stakeholders.
